What we collect

  • Email (for login)
  • Usage events (page visits, diagnoses completed, scores β€” aggregated)
  • Content you actively share in the chatbot

How we store it

  • Default: summary + score only. After the conversation, an AI generates a ~100-word profile summary, an extracted tool list, and pain points; the raw transcript is deleted.
  • If you opted in to "keep raw transcript" at sign-up, we additionally retain the full conversation to improve diagnosis quality. You can turn this off anytime in account settings; existing transcripts are wiped on opt-out.
  • Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS) enabled. Other users cannot read your data.

Cookies and tracking

Only the cookies required for Supabase Auth login. No third-party ad tracking. Frontend telemetry is used for product optimization (anonymous session aggregates) β€” we do not sell user profiles.

Your rights

  • View your data: /en/account exports JSON
  • Change consent (raw-transcript toggle): /en/account
  • One-click delete all data: /en/account β†’ delete button
  • Anonymous sessions are auto-purged after 30 days
